BISS Key Daily Update October 23, 2026: 44 Verified Records

BISS Key Daily Update October 23, 2026: Belintersat Bouquet Rebuild, 44 Records

Zero official BISS keys were issued in the last 24 hours. Today's verified signal: a 35-row DRE-Crypt bouquet rebuild on Belintersat-1 51°E, Canál+ Classic arriving on Astra 23°E, six Thor 6 refreshes and two clear UK sightings on Astra 2G.

Quick answer: No BISS keys were officially released in the window (2026-10-22 08:00 → 2026-10-23 08:00 PKT). What did move: Belintersat-1 51°E rebuilt two transponders with 21 new, 6 departed and 8 updated DRE-Crypt services; Canál+ Classic (SID 8019) joined the SkyLink/Canál+ rebrand line-up on Astra 23°E; six services refreshed PIDs on Thor 6 1°W; and Bloomberg UK HD plus GB News HD appeared as new clear sightings on Astra 2G 28.2°E. The Astra-4A BISS mux (12073 H, T2-MI) was re-verified unchanged.

Today's BISS verdict: zero keys, one intact mux

No BISS-key feed announcements appeared in any verified source in the last 24 hours — not on KingOfSat's news or additions pages, not in the SatBeams 22-October bulletin, and not on LyngSat. This is the normal rhythm: keys are issued for short-lived contribution feeds, and a day with signal changes but no key changes is a busy day, not an empty one.

The one permanent BISS neighbourhood we watch daily is the RRT T2-MI PLP-0 multiplex on Astra-4A 4.8°E (12073 H). LyngSat's Astra-4A page was re-touched (stamp moved 2026-10-20 → 2026-10-21), but the BISS mux itself is unchanged: the same 12-service list (Armiya TV, Rada, Megogo Sport, My-Ukraina, Svit+, Pershiy, Suspilne Kultura and test cards) and the BISS-1 rows on 12437 V (Pershiy, Suspilne Kultura, Suspilne Sport, Suspilne Krym). Note: the SatBeams bulletin that supplies most of today's records carries no BISS-encrypted rows at all — everything below is DRE-Crypt, Conax/Irdeto/Nagravision/Viaccess, Cryptoworks, or Clear. Do not confuse "encrypted entry" with "key release".

Belintersat-1 51°E: the day's biggest story

The SatBeams 22-October bulletin (published 19:51 PKT Thursday, updated 21:27 PKT) shows a near-total rebuild of the Russian/Belarusian bouquet on Belintersat-1: 35 rows across two transponders, all at SR 45000, FEC 3/4, DVB-S2/8PSK. This is the same operator whose transponder consolidation we have been tracking this month — treat both transponders as freshly repacked and rescan them if you follow this bouquet.

Notable: Belarus 5's SD entry (SID 3104) departed while the same SID immediately reappeared as Mir TV — and Belarus 5 continues as an HD entry on SID 3109. We report the rows exactly as dated 22-Oct-26; the "what a SID swap looks like" section below explains what this pattern means for your channel list.

Astra 23°E: Canál+ Classic completes the picture

SatBeams charts the 23°E SkyLink/Canál+ line-up under Astra 3B while KingOfSat lists the same channels under Astra 3C — both refer to the same orbital slot, so we report the position as 23°E with both chart names. The three rebrand channels from Wednesday's news (Canál+, Canál+ Drama, Canál+ Crime) are re-dated 22-Oct-26 on SatBeams with identical SIDs and PIDs — a re-date, not a new event. The genuinely new item is the fourth channel:

Thor 6 1°W: six parameter refreshes

Six "updated" rows dated 22-Oct-26 — all parameter refreshes (new PIDs), no departures:

If any of these show a black screen today, do a manual transponder rescan on 11747 H and 11958 V — an "updated" flag almost always means new PIDs.

Astra 2G 28.2°E: two clear UK sightings

KingOfSat's additions page (batch header 2026-10-22 23:09 CET) logged two new clear sightings in the BSkyB listing, both dated 22-Oct-26:

Bloomberg UK HD (UK, business, HD)504552314 / 2306 EnglishClear
GB News HD (UK, news, HD)504602317 / 2325 EnglishClear

Both are FTA, so no key or card is needed — reception is purely a footprint question (UK spot beams are tight; confirm the beam covers your location before re-aiming a dish).

Evergreen explainer: what a SID swap looks like — and how to rescan it

Today's 11350 H rows give a textbook example: Belarus 5 (SD) on SID 3104 departed, and Mir TV appeared on the very same SID 3104, while Belarus 5 continued as an HD entry on SID 3109. This is a SID swap — the operator recycled a service identifier for a different channel instead of minting a new one.

Why it matters for your receiver: many boxes key their channel list by SID. A swap can leave you with a stale "Belarus 5" label that now plays Mir TV — or, if the box cached the old PIDs, a dead entry. The fix is simple and applies after every "updated"/"departed" flag you read here:

  1. Delete the affected transponder's channel list first (Menu → Channel list → delete the 11350 H entries), so old PIDs don't linger as dead entries.
  2. Manual-scan the single transponder (11350 H, SR 45000, FEC 3/4, DVB-S2/8PSK) rather than a full-satellite blind scan — faster, and it picks up exactly the new SID/PID map.
  3. Match the SIDs afterwards. The SID is your proof of which row you received: 3104 = Mir TV now, 3109 = Belarus 5 HD.
  4. Don't chase flapping entries. When a channel appears and disappears within hours (like the Movistar+ batch earlier this week), there is nothing to rescan — the channels remain on their regular transponders.

Tuning tips for today's changes

  • Belintersat-1 51°E: rescan 11290 H and 11350 H (both SR 45000, FEC 3/4, DVB-S2/8PSK) if you follow the Russian/Belarusian bouquet. All new services are DRE-Crypt — a subscription CAM/module is required; these are not FTA and carry no published keys.
  • Astra 23°E: add 12343 H (SR 29900, FEC 2/3, DVB-S2/8PSK) for Canál+ Classic — Conax/Irdeto/Nagravision/Viaccess, SkyLink subscription required.
  • Thor 6 1°W: manual-rescan 11747 H and 11958 V after the PID refreshes so Focus Sat/freeSAT/Slovak Telekom lists stay clean.
  • Astra 2G 28.2°E: Bloomberg UK HD and GB News HD are Clear — scan them in with no key, but check the UK spot-beam footprint for your location first.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Were any new BISS keys issued on October 23, 2026?

No. No officially announced BISS-key feeds appeared in our verified sources in the last 24 hours. Today's 44 verified records are channel launches, departures and transponder updates — not key releases.

2. Is Belintersat-1 at 51°E receivable in South Asia and the Middle East?

Belintersat-1's Ku-band Europe beam is aimed at Europe and western Russia; reception in Pakistan/India/Middle East is marginal to impossible on typical dishes. Check the published footprint for your city before investing in re-aiming — and remember the bouquet is DRE-Crypt, not FTA.

3. What is DRE-Crypt, and can I watch these new Belintersat channels FTA?

DRE-Crypt is a proprietary conditional-access system used mainly by Russian platforms. No — these channels are subscription-encrypted; a valid operator CAM and subscription are the only legitimate way to open them. This page publishes monitoring parameters only.

4. What happened to Belarus 5 on 11350 H?

The SD entry on SID 3104 was delisted and the same SID reappeared as Mir TV, while Belarus 5 continued as an HD entry on SID 3109 — a classic SID swap. Rescan 11350 H and re-match SIDs (3104 = Mir TV, 3109 = Belarus 5 HD).

5. Why do SatBeams and KingOfSat show the same Canál+ channels on different dates?

The two sites publish on different schedules. KingOfSat logged the SkyLink/Canál+ trio in its 21-October news; SatBeams re-dated the identical rows (same SIDs, same PIDs) in its 22-October bulletin. Same event, different log date — which is why we label them "re-dated" rather than counting them twice.

6. My receiver list still shows the departed channels — what should I do?

Delete the orphaned entries and run a manual transponder rescan (see the SID-swap section above). Leaving dead entries makes the receiver stop on black screens when zapping.
