🧭 Reading a Record: New Launch vs Re-Dated Rescan
1. Named launch = name + parameters
A real new channel row names the service and gives frequency, polarization, SR, FEC and PIDs. Today's "Soblazn — 12700.70 H, SID 55501" is the textbook example.
2. Rescan = TS-only row
Rows like "TS SIS-CCM 53.2 Mb/s NID 1070 / TSID 42103" carry no channel name — they are the monitor's way of saying the transponder was re-scanned and is unchanged.
3. Departures come in batches
When 16 services vanish from one transponder at one timestamp (23h09 CET), that is a bouquet migration, not 16 independent closures — check the operator's other transponders before deleting your channel list.
4. "Left" ≠ gone forever
The Movistar+ flip-flop and the October-11 OSN move both show services leaving one transponder and reappearing on another. Give a "left" channel 48 hours before assuming it is dead.
🔒 Authorized Access Information
FTA channels (STS Love, Telekanal Che!, Telekanal Che! +2h on Yamal 402 11384.80 H) need only a compatible DVB-S2 receiver and a dish aimed at 55°E — no card, no subscription.
Encrypted channels (the Canal+ trio on Astra 3C, Soblazn on Yamal 402, FTV Älem TV on TurkmenÄlem, the Telstar 12V UK services) require the authorized subscription and the legitimate CAM/CI module or receiver of the platform that holds the rights in your region. Reception parameters above are public technical data; they are not keys.
Departed channels (OSN lineup on 12467.30 H, Polish services on Hot Bird) should not be deleted blindly — run a fresh channel scan; operators frequently move bouquets to new transponders within 24–48 hours.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Why did 16 OSN channels disappear from Eutelsat 7W at once?
Because it was a coordinated bouquet move, not individual closures. All 16 services left transponder 12467.30 H at the same timestamp (23h09 CET). This follows the October-11 OSN 16-channel move on 7W — OSN is clearly reshuffling its transponder lineup. Do not delete your lists yet; watch for the services reappearing on new frequencies.
Which new channels launched today?
Five: Canal+ Czech & Slovakia, CANAL+ Drama Czechia & Slovakia and Canal+ Crime Czechia & Slovakia on Astra 3C (23.5°E, SkyLink encryption); Soblazn on Yamal 402 (55°E, Viaccess/Compunicate); and a fresh FTV Älem TV row on TurkmenÄlem/MonacoSat (52°E, Cryptoguard).
Which channels went Free-To-Air?
Three Russian services on Yamal 402 (55°E), all on 11384.80 H: STS Love (SID 13), Telekanal Che! (SID 15) and Telekanal Che! +2h (SID 16). Any DVB-S2 receiver aimed at 55°E can now pick them up.
What is the Telstar 12V UK update?
SatBeams' 21-Oct bulletin lists seven new UK services on Telstar 12V (15°W) — Channel 4, CBeebies UK, BBC Parliament, Channel 5, BBC One North East & Cumbria, BBC Two, ITV 1 Granada — plus an update to VOA Spanish. All are dated 21-Oct-26 and marked BISS in the bulletin.
What happened to the Polish channels on Hot Bird?
Five services (StudioMed TV HD, Home TV Polska, Nuta Gold, Nuta TV, Power TV) left 11487.30 H on Hot Bird 13G at 16h31 CET. This continues the Polish-channel churn on Hot Bird — yesterday's batch left 10796 V.
Do the 23 transponder rescans affect my receiver?
No. They are monitoring re-confirmations — the same bitrates and NID/TSID values re-dated. If you already have those transponders saved, nothing changed.
Were any BISS or PowerVu keys officially issued today?
No. Zero officially issued keys in this 24-hour window, and none is printed here. All records in this report are technical reception parameters only. Encrypted channels require an authorized subscription and legitimate CAM/CI module; unauthorized decryption violates broadcaster terms and local law.

Conclusion
A genuinely busy day for global channels: 61 verified records led by the Canal+ triple-launch on Astra 3C, the FTA switch of three Russian channels on Yamal 402, eight UK channel rows on Telstar 12V, and — the headline — 16 OSN services clearing a single transponder on Eutelsat 7W in one coordinated move. No keys issued, no invented records. Keep a channel scan handy, and check back tomorrow.
