⚠️ Important Firmware Safety Warning
Do not flash a receiver with an unverified firmware file.

Satellite receivers can use different boards, bootloaders, flash sizes, WiFi modules and hardware revisions even when they carry the same chipset name. Installing the wrong firmware can cause a boot loop, ASH error, no display, remote-control problems or a completely non-booting receiver.

Always check the receiver's complete system information before downloading or installing any software.

🌍 Other Popular Satellite Receiver Brands

The following table covers major receiver families that are commonly searched by satellite-TV users. A brand being listed here does not mean that a new September firmware was found for every model.

💾 How to Find & Download the Correct Firmware
✅ Check exact receiver model
✅ Check HW version
✅ Check board number
✅ Check chipset
✅ Check flash/memory size
✅ Check WiFi/non-WiFi version
✅ Check software version
✅ Keep original firmware backup
```
Never select firmware only because the receiver has the same chipset name. For example, two GX6605S receivers can have different boards and require different software.
🔧 Complete USB Firmware Installation Guide
1
Open System Information Go to Menu → Information / STB Information / System Information.
2
Record Hardware Details Note the model, HW version, board number, chipset and memory size.
3
Prepare USB Flash Drive Format a reliable USB drive as FAT32.
4
Copy Firmware Extract the downloaded archive if necessary and copy the correct firmware file to the USB root directory.
5
Insert USB Connect the USB drive to the receiver.
6
Open USB Upgrade Look for Software Upgrade, Upgrade by USB, USB Upgrade or Firmware Upgrade.
7
Select the Firmware Select only the firmware that exactly matches your hardware.
8
Start Upgrade Confirm the upgrade and wait for the process to finish.
9
Do Not Interrupt Power Never switch off the receiver while firmware is being written.
10
Restart and Verify After reboot, open System Information and confirm the new software version.
🛠️ “No Match File” or “Invalid File” Error
If the receiver refuses the firmware, do not force the upgrade. Check the following:
🔎 Exact model
🔎 HW version
🔎 Board number
🔎 Flash size
🔎 WiFi configuration
🔎 Firmware file extension
Never rename a firmware file to bypass a compatibility warning. A filename change does not make incompatible firmware compatible.
🚨 Receiver Stuck on Logo After Firmware Upgrade
If the receiver remains on the boot logo after an upgrade, do not immediately install another random firmware.
First identify the exact board and hardware revision. Depending on the receiver, recovery may require the correct original firmware, a USB recovery procedure, bootloader restoration or a professional programming method.
⚠️ Do not experiment with random bootloader files. Incorrect bootloader flashing can make recovery considerably more difficult.
📡 Final Firmware Safety Reminder
Before pressing Upgrade, verify:
✔ Receiver Model
✔ Hardware Version
✔ Board Number
✔ Chipset
✔ Flash Size
✔ WiFi / Non-WiFi Version
✔ Exact Firmware Version
✔ Correct Download File
Firmware flashing should always be performed carefully. If the hardware information does not match, stop the installation and find the exact firmware for your receiver.
