BISS Daily Update — October 21, 2026
Welcome to the BISS Key Daily Update for Wednesday, October 21, 2026 — your verified, no-hype roundup of satellite channel changes from the last 24 hours. Today we tracked 72 verified records from KingOfSat's October 20 change log, Satbeams' October 20 transponder bulletin, and LyngSat. The headline stories: a seasonal Sky Cinema swap in Germany, a curious same-day flip-flop of the Movistar+ bouquet on Astra 1P (reported honestly below), and a Russian bouquet migration on Belintersat-1 that removed the Viju package.
BISS keys — honest status: no new BISS keys were officially issued or announced in this window. The Ukrainian BISS-encrypted mux on Astra 4A (4.8°E, 12073 H) is reported unchanged in the latest LyngSat snapshot. We never publish invented keys — only officially confirmed feeds and changes.
Today's Headlines
- Sky Cinema Spooky Halloween HD launches: a seasonal rebrand on Astra 1P (11758.40 H) — it takes the exact SID and PIDs of the departing Sky Cinema Feelgood (VideoGuard).
- Movistar+ flip-flop on 12705.90 V: the 14-channel mini-bouquet was flagged as new at 09:19 CET and as departed at 23:58 CET — on the same transponder, the same day. We report this honestly as unstable, not a clean launch.
- Belintersat-1 reshuffle: 15 Russian DRE-Crypt channels consolidate onto 11250 H; 11 services (including the whole Viju bouquet) leave 11290 H; Belarus 24 goes FTA on 11350 H.
- New FTA: KABLO INFO HD TURKSAT on Turksat 4A (42°E) — plus updated FTA rows for Iran E Aryee and Zagros 24 on Express AM6 (53°E).
- 11 transponder updates across Express AM6, Thor 5, Thor 6 and Thor 7 — plus 16 departures total.
Sky Cinema Spooky Halloween HD Replaces Feelgood (Astra 1P 19.2°E)
KingOfSat (Tuesday 20 October) reports a seasonal channel swap on Astra 1P (19.2°E), 11758.40 MHz, pol. H (DVB-S2, SR 27500, FEC 9/10):
| Event | Channel | SID | PIDs | Audio | Encryption | Time (CET) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| New | Sky Cinema Spooky Halloween HD | 139 | 767 (MPEG-4) / 771 | German, 772 English | VideoGuard | 08:35 |
| Left | Sky Cinema Feelgood | 139 | 767 (MPEG-4) / 771 | German | VideoGuard | 14:26 |
The incoming Halloween channel reuses the exact same SID (139) and video/audio PIDs (767/771) — the classic signature of a seasonal rebrand rather than a new launch. If your receiver already had Sky Cinema Feelgood stored, a rescan will simply rename the entry. Note the order: the new channel appeared at 08:35 CET, hours before the old one was flagged as departed at 14:26 CET.
Movistar+ 12705.90 V: The Same-Day Flip-Flop (Read the Honesty Note)
KingOfSat's Tuesday log shows the same 14 Movistar+ services both appearing and disappearing on Astra 1P (19.2°E), 12705.90 MHz, pol. V (DVB-S, SR 22000, FEC 5/6) within hours:
- 09:19 CET: "new frequency" for all 14 channels (SIDs 30505–30521, skipping 30516/30517/30519), with Canal Sur Andalucia listed as Clear (FTA) and the rest in Nagravision 3.
- 23:58 CET: the same 14 channels "has left" the same transponder.
Reader honesty note: this is the second flip-flop in three days — the same bouquet appeared on Sunday 18 October, left on Monday 19 October, re-appeared Tuesday morning and left again Tuesday night. KingOfSat's page currently carries an active warning that their 30-year-old scanning system has been replaced with a new blindscanning system and that readers "may see some delay in news updates as well as some bugs in the charts during this transition period." We therefore treat 12705.90 V as unstable/flapping — not a clean, stable launch. Do not blind-scan your receiver chasing Canal Sur Andalucia as a new FTA find yet; wait for the reports to settle. The 14 channels and SIDs involved:

Belintersat-1 (51°E): Russian Bouquet Migration + New FTA
Satbeams' October 20 bulletin shows a major consolidation on Belintersat-1 (51°E). Fifteen Russian DRE-Crypt services are now listed as new on 11250 H (DVB-S2, SR 10830, FEC 5/6), while the same SIDs' counterparts disappear from 11290 H (DVB-S2, SR 45000, FEC 3/4) — a transponder migration, not genuinely new channels:
| Channel | SID | New home | Encryption |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kto est kto (ΠΡΠΎ Π΅ΡΡΡ ΠΊΡΠΎ) | 2101 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| +TV | 2169 | 11250 H (was 11290 H as "Plus Russia") | DRE-Crypt |
| Boks TV Plus | 2144 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| Europa Plus TV | 2105 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| KHL | 2141 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| KVN (ΠΠΠ) | 2137 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| Match! Planeta (ΠΠ°ΡΡ! ΠΠ»Π°Π½Π΅ΡΠ°) | 2140 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| Muzhskoy (ΠΡΠΆΡΠΊΠΎΠΉ) | 2111 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| Muzyka Live | 2126 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| Nostalgia (ΠΠΎΡΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ³ΠΈΡ) | 2102 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| Ru TV | 2168 | 11250 H (was 11290 H as "RU TV") | DRE-Crypt |
| Ryzhiy (Π ΡΠΆΠΈΠΉ) | 2103 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| Telekanal Teatr | 2138 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| V Gostyakh u Skazki (Π Π³ΠΎΡΡΡΡ Ρ ΡΠΊΠ°Π·ΠΊΠΈ) | 2149 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
| Ohotnik i Rybolov (ΠΡ ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΈΠΊ ΠΈ Π ΡΠ±ΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ²) | 2148 | 11250 H | DRE-Crypt |
Already-covered note: Ohotnik i Rybolov (SID 2148) on this exact transponder was first reported on 15 October and covered by this site — it is listed here only for migration completeness, not counted as a new record.
On the departures side of the same satellite, 11290 H lost 11 services: the two test channels (SID 2179/2180, HD) and the entire Viju bouquet (Viju Explore, Viju History, Viju Nature, Viju TV1000, Viju TV1000 Action, Viju TV1000 Russkoe, Viju+ Serial). Plus Russia and RU TV appear to have moved to 11250 H under slightly renamed labels (+TV, Ru TV).
One genuine new FTA: Belarus 24 started on 11350 H (DVB-S2, SR 45000, FEC 3/4) — HD MPEG-4, VP 1111 / Russian 1121, SID 3111 — replacing the "Belintersat promo" slide in that slot.
New FTA Channels
| Channel | Satellite | Frequency / Pol | SR / FEC | Format | V-PID / A-PID | SID |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| KABLO INFO HD TURKSAT | Turksat 4A, 42°E | 12422 H | 30000 | HD MPEG-4 | 5202 / Turkish 5302 | 50202 |
| Belarus 24 | Belintersat-1, 51°E | 11350 H | 45000, 3/4 | HD MPEG-4 | 1111 / Russian 1121 | 3111 |
| Canal Sur Andalucia | Astra 1P, 19.2°E | 12705.90 V | 22000, 5/6 | SD | 166 / Spanish 104 | 30505 |
Honesty flag: Canal Sur Andalucia is listed by KingOfSat as Clear/FTA, but its transponder record flipped twice in 24 hours — treat it as unconfirmed-until-stable, not a reliable new FTA find. The other two rows are straightforward Satbeams "new" records.

BISS Encryption Status
- No new BISS keys were officially issued or announced anywhere in today's 24-hour window — no BISS-encrypted new entries appeared on KingOfSat or Satbeams.
- The Ukrainian BISS mux on Astra 4A (4.8°E), 12073 H (DVB-S2 8PSK, SR 30000, FEC 2/3, T2-MI PLP 0, RRT bouquet) is unchanged in LyngSat's snapshot dated 2026-10-19: the same 12 services (Armiya TV, Rada, Megogo Sport, My-Ukraina, Svit+, Pershiy, Suspilne Kultura and test cards), update stamp 261002 (October 2).
- The BISS-1 rows on 12437 V (Pershiy, Suspilne Kultura, Suspilne Sport, Suspilne Krym) are also unchanged.
- Not BISS, but worth knowing: LyngSat lists My-Ukraina+ as new on 12073 H in the SES Ukraine section (SID 6540) — a bouquet-level addition outside the BISS mux, not an encryption change.
Tuning Tips
- Sky DE viewers at 19.2°E: Sky Cinema Feelgood is now Sky Cinema Spooky Halloween HD on the same SID and PIDs — rescan 11758.40 H and the entry will rename itself. You may briefly see both names in the tracker; the 14:26 CET "left" entry closes the loop.
- Spain viewers: ignore 12705.90 V for now. The Movistar+ mini-bouquet has flapped on and off three times in 72 hours while KingOfSat migrates its scanning database — wait for a stable report before rescanning.
- Belintersat-1 viewers: rescan both 11250 H (new home of the Russian DRE-Crypt bouquet) and 11350 H (FTA Belarus 24). The 11290 H entries for Viju channels are gone.
- Poland viewers: WP, Puls 2 HD and TV Puls HD left Hot Bird 13G 10796.00 V — check your operator's channel list for their new homes.
- Don't chase keys: no official BISS keys were released today. Any key posted on social media for these channels is unverified — blind-scanning and patience beat fake key lists.
Frequently Asked Questions
Were any new BISS keys released on October 21, 2026?
No. We checked KingOfSat's October 20 change log, Satbeams' October 20 transponder bulletin and LyngSat's Astra 4A page (updated 2026-10-19) — none list any new BISS keys or BISS-encrypted new channels. The Ukrainian BISS mux on Astra 4A 12073 H is unchanged since October 2.
What is happening with Movistar+ on 12705.90 V?
KingOfSat reported the same 14 channels appearing (09:19 CET) and disappearing (23:58 CET) on Astra 1P 12705.90 V on the same day — the second such flip-flop in three days. KingOfSat is mid-migration to a new blindscanning database and warns of bugs in news updates, so we treat this transponder as unstable and not a reliable launch. Only one of the 14 (Canal Sur Andalucia) is even listed as free-to-air.
What happened to Sky Cinema Feelgood?
It was replaced by Sky Cinema Spooky Halloween HD on the same transponder (Astra 1P, 11758.40 H) with the identical SID 139 and PIDs 767/771 — a seasonal rebrand, not a new launch. A simple rescan renames the entry; no dish work is needed. It stays VideoGuard-encrypted for Sky Deutschland subscribers.
Why did the Russian channels move on Belintersat-1?
Satbeams shows 15 Russian DRE-Crypt channels newly listed on 11250 H while their counterparts left 11290 H — a transponder consolidation. Two services appear slightly renamed in the move (Plus Russia → +TV, RU TV → Ru TV). The entire 8-service Viju bouquet was removed from 11290 H rather than moved.
Which new FTA channels can Pakistan viewers receive?
The most relevant: KABLO INFO HD TURKSAT on Turksat 4A (42°E, 12422 H) and Belarus 24 (FTA, HD) on Belintersat-1 (51°E, 11350 H). Express AM6 at 53°E also updated its FTA rows for Iran E Aryee and Zagros 24. Footprints vary — check your dish size against each satellite's coverage before scanning.
What happened to WP, Puls 2 HD and TV Puls HD?
All three Polish channels left Hot Bird 13G (13°E), 10796.00 V on 20 October, per KingOfSat — they were carried for Orange Polska, Platforma Canal+ and Polsat Box. Check your operator's bouquet for their new locations; nothing in today's logs shows where they moved to.
Where do these daily updates get their data?
From three independent trackers: KingOfSat (daily change log), Satbeams (dated transponder bulletins) and LyngSat (satellite channel tables). FlySat is not used — it shut down permanently in June 2026. Links to every source are listed below.
