Welcome to the Global Satellite Channels digest for November 3, 2026. This digest covers the verified channel and transponder changes dated November 2, 2026, plus one SatBeams row dated November 3, organised by world region instead of by source. The Asia arc supplies the genuinely usable news for most readers: Paksat-MM1 swaps four channels on a single C-band transponder, TurkmenAlem adds four Kurdish and Balochistan HD channels, and GSAT 10 reshuffles Indian channels across four transponders.

Overlap, stated plainly: today's 8:00 AM BISS post already published the full 346-row SatBeams November 2 bulletin in BISS-focused form, and today's 9:30 AM frequency post tabled the same 51 television rows in frequency form (that article is saved and awaiting publication). This digest does not claim to have discovered those records first. What it adds is the world-region view, the five KingOfSat November 2 records that were missing from both earlier posts, the single SatBeams November 3 row, and the evergreen guide below.

About those five KingOfSat records: KingOfSat's Monday, November 2 section was empty when checked on the morning of November 3, which is why the earlier posts reported it as empty. It has since been populated with five records (Al Rabiaa Iraq, NTV Iraq, two Al Jazeera services on Eutelsat 8 West B, and a Thor 6 frequency move). They are tabled in full in Table 2 below, so this digest is the first 1BissKey post to carry them.

Headline summary: Paksat-MM1 gains Bethat TV, Hidayat TV, Jeet Sports and Paigham TV Quran and loses four Pashto services on 4052 MHz; TurkmenAlem gains four HD channels on 11382 MHz; GSAT 10 replaces Brio TV with News Plus on the same SID; and the Algerian bouquet returns on SES 4, 12672 MHz, with two BISS-encrypted services for which no key is published here.

Evergreen guide: same SID, new channel - why your receiver shows the old name

Three changes in today's tables reuse a service ID (SID) that belonged to a different channel, and this is the single most common cause of a "channel not found" complaint after a rescan. On Paksat-MM1, Paigham TV Quran now sits on SID 1, previously AVT Khyber. On GSAT 10, News Plus now sits on SID 200, previously Brio TV. On AsiaSat 7, Aljazeera Alan now sits on SID 20, previously Aljazeera Channel. A receiver that cached the old name keeps showing the old name, or shows "no signal", until the stale entry is deleted. Practical rule: when a listed new channel does not appear after a scan, delete the old channel entry with the same SID first, then rescan that single transponder. Do not run a blind scan first - it often re-adds the stale entry alongside the new one.

The Asia arc is a clean story: one transponder swap on Paksat-MM1, one HD batch swap on TurkmenAlem, and a four-transponder Indian reshuffle on GSAT 10 where two names (ANB News and News Plus) each appear twice - once as a new feed and once as a departure on a different transponder. Keep the transponder column beside the name and the two rows stop looking like duplicates.

The Al Jazeera naming split is worth stating once more: KingOfSat's November 1 listing calls the Hot Bird 12577 MHz HD pair Al Jazeera Now HD (SID 1602) and Al Jazeera Live HD (SID 1603), while SatBeams' November 2 listing uses the same SIDs on the same transponder as Aljazeera Alan and Aljazeera Mubasher. Same SIDs, same transponder - one pair of services, two naming conventions, not four channels. The new KingOfSat November 2 pair on Eutelsat 8 West B (Al Jazeera Now and Live, SIDs 402 and 403) is a separate, additional Al Jazeera presence on a different satellite.

SES 4's Algerian bouquet is the Atlantic highlight: seven television rows on one transponder, plus about fifty-seven Algerian radio stations on the same transponder that are summarised, not listed. Hispasat and Telstar contribute the remaining usable free-to-air rows; the bulk of their bulletins is subscription package rows, feeds and radios on Europe and Americas beams, summarised below.

Bulk updates in the same bulletins (summarised, not tabled)

  • Hispasat 30°W (about 150 further rows): mostly Nagravision Meo and NOS package rows marked updated or new on 10770, 11491, 11515, 12130, 12360 and 12437 MHz, plus Spanish and Portuguese radio stations. These are subscription package rows on a Europe beam, not new free-to-air television.
  • SES 4, 22°W (about 57 further rows): Algerian radio stations on 12672 MHz alongside the seven TV rows tabled above.
  • Telstar 12V, 15°W (about 70 further rows): BBC-SATBACK bouquet rows on 11044 MHz and PowerVu MTN Worldwide rows on 12640 and 12681 MHz, largely feeds and subscription rows rather than consumer free-to-air channels.
  • Eutelsat 7 West A: four test and info cards on 10892, 11258 and 11334 MHz are excluded from the tables because they are not watchable channels. Test cards and "[test]" placeholders are excluded throughout.

Free-to-air picks for Pakistan and Asia viewers

  • Paksat-MM1 4052 MHz H: Bethat TV and Hidayat TV (Urdu), Jeet Sports and Paigham TV Quran - all FTA, one transponder, C-band.
  • TurkmenAlem 11382 MHz V: Balochistan TV, Komala TV, Kurd Channel and 4 Kurd - all FTA HD.
  • GSAT 10: NewsTime Bangla, Enterr 10 Bangla, Fakt Marathi, Bhojpuri Cinema and the new ANB News and News Plus feeds - all FTA SD.
  • AsiaSat 7 4080 MHz H: Aljazeera Alan in SD FTA, replacing Aljazeera Channel on the same SID.

How to rescan after today's changes

  1. Scan one transponder, not the whole satellite. Enter the frequency, polarisation, symbol rate and FEC exactly as listed, then scan that transponder only.
  2. Delete the old entry first for same-SID replacements. Paigham TV Quran over AVT Khyber, News Plus over Brio TV and Aljazeera Alan over Aljazeera Channel all need the stale entry deleted before the new name appears.
  3. After a package refresh, delete the whole old package. Editing re-listed entries one by one leaves silent twins behind.
  4. Check the beam before buying anything. A channel on 30°W or 22°W will not appear on a dish pointed at 38.2°E or 52°E.
  5. FTA needs no key. If a listed FTA channel asks for a key or card, you are on the wrong feed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the biggest single change of the day?

The Paksat-MM1 transponder swap and the TurkmenAlem HD batch, for Asia viewers, and the SES 4 Algerian bouquet return for Atlantic viewers. By count, the SatBeams November 2 bulletin is dominated by Hispasat, SES 4 and Telstar package and radio rows, which is why this digest tables the television rows and summarises the rest.

Why does this post say KingOfSat had November 2 entries when the morning posts said it was empty?

Because both are true at different times. KingOfSat's Monday, November 2 section was empty when checked on the morning of November 3, and it has since been populated with five records. This digest tables those five records in full and says plainly that they were missing from the earlier posts.

Are there any BISS keys in this update?

No. Three BISS-encrypted television rows appear (Programme National and TEST TDA on SES 4, RTP noticias on Hispasat), but the sources published no key for any of them, and this article publishes none. Do not trust any site that claims a key for these rows without an official source.

Why does my receiver still show AVT Khyber, Brio TV or Aljazeera Channel?

Because the new channels reuse those SIDs (SID 1, SID 200 and SID 20 respectively). Delete the old entry, then rescan the single transponder listed for the new channel.

Why are the Hot Bird Al Jazeera names different between KingOfSat and SatBeams?

KingOfSat's November 1 listing calls the 12577 MHz HD pair Al Jazeera Now HD (SID 1602) and Al Jazeera Live HD (SID 1603); SatBeams' November 2 listing uses the same SIDs on the same transponder but the names Aljazeera Alan and Aljazeera Mubasher. Same SIDs, same transponder - this article flags the difference instead of counting them as four separate channels.

Are the Hispasat, SES 4 and Telstar channels receivable in Pakistan?

Generally no on a typical fixed dish: those are Europe and Americas beams at 30°W, 22°W and 15°W. The Pakistan and Asia-relevant core of this update is Paksat-MM1, TurkmenAlem 52°E, GSAT 10 83°E and AsiaSat 7.

Where can I verify these frequencies myself?

KingOfSat (en.kingofsat.net) and SatBeams publish dated change logs, and LyngSat's latest-additions list corroborates several of today's entries. Links are in the sources section below.
