Satellite Frequency Update October 31, 2026: 83 Verified Changes

Satellite Frequency Update October 31, 2026: 83 Verified Changes

83 verified transponder and channel changes from the SatBeams bulletins of October 29–30, 2026 — Australian ABC and SBS rows, Express 80 updates, Mongolian Ddish TV, and the 38-channel DREAM TV batch on ABS-3A.

Updated: October 31, 2026. This daily frequency update covers 83 verified records — 69 new channel entries and 14 updates — drawn from the SatBeams transponder bulletins dated October 29 and October 30, 2026. Every entry below carries its satellite, frequency, polarization, symbol rate, FEC and SID exactly as published by the source. Nothing has been invented or padded: one placeholder row (a "[test]" entry on Express 80) was excluded, and it is the only row dropped.

Why no KingOfSat rows today? KingOfSat's October 29 and 30 changes (23 records) were already published this morning in the BISS Key Daily Update October 31, 2026 — repeating them here would only duplicate today's own post. This article therefore covers the SatBeams bulletins that no 1BissKey post has yet reported. The SatBeams bulletin for October 31 itself was not yet published when this article was checked (it returned a not-found page), so its rows fall into tomorrow's window.

At a Glance: October 29–30, 2026

  • Biggest batch: 38 channels on ABS-3A, 3°W — the DREAM TV package (Dreamcrypt, HD HEVC) added 35 new channels and updated 3 across two transponders, 11132 H and 11168 H.
  • Biggest regional story: 25 Australian FTA rows on Eutelsat 172B, 172°E — ABC Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia feeds plus SBS Tasmania, all on 11044 V.
  • Middle East FTA: Alahad TV and Afaq TV both launched free-to-air in HD on Es'hail 1, 25°E.
  • Russia/CIS refresh: 11 Telekarta entries updated on Express 80, 80°E (10981 V), plus FON TV newly listed on 12591 H.
  • Central Asia: 6 Mongolian Ddish TV channels appeared on Koreasat 5A, 113°E (11654 V), encrypted in Nagravision/Tongfang.
  • Footprint warning: the ABS-3A and Eutelsat 172B rows are on Americas and Pacific beams respectively — they are reported for completeness, not as channels receivable on a typical Pakistan or Europe dish. See the beam notes below.
  • No departures, no moves: neither bulletin in this window records a channel leaving or moving frequency — all 83 rows are new entries or updates to existing entries.

All 38 Verified Changes — SatBeams Bulletin, October 30, 2026 (ABS-3A, 3°W, DREAM TV)

All 38 rows below are on ABS-3A at 3°W, in the DREAM TV package, encrypted in Dreamcrypt, HD HEVC (H.265), DVB-S2 8PSK. Two transponders: 11132 H (13 rows) and 11168 H (25 rows), both SR 30000, FEC 3/4. Beam note: ABS-3A's beam for this package is the Americas beam — these channels are not receivable on a typical dish in Pakistan or Europe. They are reported here for completeness, because this bulletin is the day's largest verified batch.

Organized by Satellite

Es'hail 1, 25°E — two new FTA channels in HD

Alahad TV (11105 V, SR 2420, FEC 5/6, SID 1) and Afaq TV (11108 V, SR 2017, FEC 5/6, SID 1) both launched free-to-air in HD on October 29. Both use low symbol rates on the MENAB beam — enter the exact SR, as a default 27500 scan will miss them. These are the most directly relevant FTA arrivals in this update for Middle East viewers.

Express 80, 80°E — Telekarta package refresh

Eleven entries on 10981 V (SR 44948, FEC 2/3) were updated: 8 Kanal, FON Music, Shopping Live, Soyuz, Yu TV and Yuvelirochka (TV), Europa Plus (+2/+4) and Retro FM (+2/+4) (radio), and Rossiya 24 (the only encrypted entry in the group, Conax/Irdeto). FON TV was also newly listed on 12591 H (SR 30000, FEC 2/3) — note the source lists no SID for it, so scan that transponder rather than entering a SID manually. The "[test]" entry on 10981 V was not counted: it is a placeholder, not a channel.

Koreasat 5A, 113°E — Mongolian Ddish TV batch

Six channels on 11654 V (SR 14000, FEC 3/5, DVB-S2) joined the Ddish TV package in Nagravision/Tongfang: DBS TV (Mongolia), 24KZ, Arkhangai Broadcasting TV, D1 Channel, MoniChat Global (the only HD entry) and Saihan Mongol TV. All are encrypted — a valid Ddish TV subscription is required; no free key is claimed for any of them.

Eutelsat 172B, 172°E — Australia's ABC and SBS, beam by beam

All 25 rows sit on a single transponder, 11044 V (SR 45500, FEC 4/5, DVB-S2 16APSK) — but they are split across four regional beams, which is why the same channel names repeat with different SIDs: Queensland (SIDs 704–709), Northern Territory (752–757), Western Australia (736–741) and SBS Tasmania (897–903). Note the shared-SID pattern: ABC Family and ABC Kids share one SID per region (706 in Queensland, 754 in NT, 738 in WA) because they time-share — Family runs 19.30–05.00 and Kids 05.00–19.30. A receiver in the Pacific footprint should scan 11044 V once and keep the beam matching its location; a dish in Pakistan or Europe will not lock this Pacific beam at all.

ABS-3A, 3°W — the DREAM TV build-out (Americas beam)

The 38-row DREAM TV batch is a package build, not a free offer: every channel is Dreamcrypt-encrypted HD HEVC. Viewers in the Americas footprint with a DREAM TV subscription should add 11132 H (11 new, 2 updated) and 11168 H (24 new, 1 updated), both SR 30000, FEC 3/4. Note that SID 64 appears twice — CNN International Latin America on 11132 H and BBC News Americas on 11168 H — which is fine, because SIDs are only unique within one transponder. Older receivers without HEVC (H.265) decoding cannot play these channels even with a subscription.

FTA Picks of This Update

  • Alahad TV — Es'hail 1, 11105 V, SR 2420, FEC 5/6, SID 1 (Arabic, FTA HD).
  • Afaq TV — Es'hail 1, 11108 V, SR 2017, FEC 5/6, SID 1 (Arabic, FTA HD).
  • FON TV — Express 80, 12591 H, SR 30000, FEC 2/3 (Russian, FTA SD; SID not published — scan the transponder).
  • ABC and SBS Australia — Eutelsat 172B, 11044 V (25 FTA rows, Pacific beams only).
  • Express 80 FTA updates — 8 Kanal, FON Music, Shopping Live, Soyuz, Yu TV, Yuvelirochka and four radio services refreshed on 10981 V.

Everything else new in this window is encrypted (Dreamcrypt, Nagravision/Tongfang, or Conax/Irdeto) and needs a valid subscription. No free key is claimed for any encrypted channel in this post.

Tuning Tips: How to Apply These Changes

  1. Enter low symbol rates exactly: Alahad TV (SR 2420) and Afaq TV (SR 2017) will be missed by a standard 27500 scan — add the transponders manually.
  2. Scan, don't guess, for FON TV: the source publishes no SID for FON TV on Express 80 (12591 H), so run a transponder scan there instead of typing a SID.
  3. Check your tuner before chasing ABS-3A: DREAM TV channels are HEVC (H.265) — an MPEG-4-only receiver will show nothing even with signal and subscription.
  4. Don't chase Pacific or Americas beams from Pakistan or Europe: Eutelsat 172B and ABS-3A rows in this update are on beams that do not cover this region. A "no signal" there is a footprint fact, not a dish fault.
  5. For time-shared SIDs, keep both names: ABC Family and ABC Kids share one SID per Australian region — if one name vanishes, rescan 11044 V rather than deleting the entry.
  6. Updated entries still need a rescan: the 11 Express 80 updates and 3 ABS-3A updates can change PIDs — rescan the transponder after updating.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does this update have 83 records when other days have fewer?

Because two full SatBeams bulletins landed in this window: 45 rows on October 29 and 38 on October 30. The count is the bulletins' own row count minus one placeholder "[test]" entry — no rows were invented to reach any target.

Where are KingOfSat's October 30 changes?

Already published today in the BISS Key Daily Update October 31, 2026 (23 records: TV5 Monde's 7°W arrivals, Big Brother VIP Kosova on Hellas Sat 4, the Nilesat swap and more). They are not repeated here.

Can I watch the Australian ABC and SBS channels in Pakistan?

No — Eutelsat 172B's beams in this bulletin cover Australia and the Pacific. The rows are published for readers in that footprint and for completeness of the daily record.

Are the DREAM TV channels on ABS-3A free?

No. All 38 are Dreamcrypt-encrypted. They also need an HEVC-capable receiver and are on an Americas beam.

Why is there no October 31 bulletin in this post?

The SatBeams bulletin for October 31 had not been published when this article was checked on the morning of October 31, 2026 (its page returned a not-found result). Its rows will fall into tomorrow's frequency update.

Does this update include any BISS keys?

No. None of the 83 records is a BISS-encrypted channel, and no key is published here. See the daily BISS Key update posts for keys.

What was excluded, and why?

Exactly one row: a "[test]" entry on Express 80 (10981 V, SID 212). It is a test placeholder, not a channel, so counting it would have inflated the total to 84 with a non-channel.

How current are these frequencies?

They reflect the SatBeams bulletins dated October 29 and 30, 2026, checked on October 31, 2026. Frequencies can change again without notice — always re-check SatBeams, KingOfSat or LyngSat before a dish visit.

Sources

Disclaimer: Frequencies, SIDs and encryption flags are as published by the sources above on October 29–30, 2026. Satellite parameters change without notice; verify on SatBeams, KingOfSat or LyngSat before acting. No BISS key is published in this article, and no encrypted channel is presented as free.
