⚡ Quick Answer

Yesterday's frozen feeds have thawed: KingOfSat has now published its Monday 26 October 2026 section — the section missing at yesterday's 11:00 check — with 23 verified records, and SatBeams' 26-October bulletin (404 yesterday) is now live. The headline moves are a Sky Cinema Halloween swap on Astra 19.2°E, a 12-channel Al Jazeera SID reshuffle across three transponders, five Farsi-service departures on 52°E, and a UK/Pakistan swap on Astra 28.2°E. SatBeams adds a 13-channel free Moroccan SNRT bouquet on Es'hail, six Persiana HD launches on 52°E, and the first October 27 rows (Alfa Cinema 1 and 2 gone from 8°W). No BISS keys were officially issued. Honesty note: today's 08:00 and 09:30 slots already covered this same verified set in their own tables — this global digest re-presents it by world region, adds the October 27 early rows, and explains the SID reshuffle that will blank out some receivers. Nothing below is claimed as first discovered by this slot.

🇪🇺 Europe: Halloween Swap, BBC Departure, Ary One World Move

Three swaps and departures shape the European picture. Note the pattern: in two cases a channel leaves and another takes its exact slot and SID — a rename-style swap, not a new transponder to hunt for.

Channel / Move Satellite / Parameters Status
Sky Cinema Halloween HD — NEW (Germany, VideoGuard)Astra 1N (19.2°E) — 11914.00 H, SR 27500, FEC 9/10, DVB-S2, SID 131, PID 1279/1283 German, 1284 EnglishNEW — replaces Premieren HD in the same slot
Sky Cinema Premieren HD — LEFTAstra 1N (19.2°E) — 11914.00 H, DVB-S2, SID 131 — no longer transmitted by satellite in EuropeDEPARTED (swapped out)
BBC One West HD — LEFTAstra 2E (28.2°E) — 10788.00 V, DVB-S2, SID 10321 — no longer transmitted by satellite in EuropeDEPARTED
Ary One World — NEW FREQUENCY (Pakistan, Clear, English news)Astra 2G (28.2°E) — 11082.00 H, SR 23000, FEC 2/3, DVB-S2, SID 50391, PID 2335/2334NEW FREQUENCY — rescan 11082 H
New Vision TV — LEFTAstra 2G (28.2°E) — 11082.00 H, DVB-S2, SID 50391 — replaced by Ary One World in the same slotDEPARTED (swapped out)

What to do: UK viewers who lost BBC One West HD should not keep rescanning 10788 V expecting it back — KingOfSat records it as no longer transmitted in Europe. Viewers who followed New Vision TV on 11082 H will now find Ary One World there instead; a rescan of that transponder updates the name automatically.

📰 Middle East: The 12-Channel Al Jazeera SID Reshuffle

The single biggest item in this digest is not a launch or a closure — it is a renumbering. Al Jazeera's four services (2, Mubasher, English, Documentary, each in SD and HD where listed) received new SIDs on three transponders. The channels themselves, their frequencies and their Clear (free-to-air) status did not change — only their service IDs did. That distinction matters, because a SID change blanks out receivers that stored the old ID (see the explainer below).

Services Satellite / Transponder New SIDs
Al Jazeera 2 HD, Mubasher HD, English HD, Documentary HD (Clear)Es'hail 1 (25.5°E) — 11045.90 H, SR 27500, FEC 2/310102, 10103, 10104, 10105
Al Jazeera 2, Mubasher, English, Documentary (Clear)Eutelsat 8 West B (8°W) — 10971.30 V, SR 27500, FEC 3/4402, 403, 404, 405
Al Jazeera 2 HD, Mubasher HD, English HD, Documentary HD (Clear)Eutelsat 8 West B (8°W) — 12521.50 H, SR 27500, FEC 2/3502, 503, 504, 505

Counted as 12 records (4 services × 3 transponders). If your Al Jazeera channels went dark on October 26 without any dish or signal change, this reshuffle — not a signal loss — is the likeliest cause.

🌍 52°E and 42°E: Five Departures, One More Exit

TurkmenÄlem / MonacoSat at 52°E cleared five Farsi services from a single transponder in one batch, and Turksat 6A at 42°E lost one Arabic news service:

Channel — LEFT Satellite / Parameters
AVA Family (SID 1), AVA Series (SID 2), FX HD Farsi (SID 3), FX 2 HD (SID 4), Setareh TV (SID 7) — all FarsiTurkmenÄlem / MonacoSat (52°E) — 11381.90 V, DVB-S, SIDs as listed — all left this transponder
Al Ekhbaria (Arabic, SID 50559)Turksat 6A (42°E) — 12111.30 V, DVB-S2 — left

The same 11381 V transponder still carries the Kurdish/Farsi services documented on October 24 (Kurd Channel, Komala TV, 4Kurd, Balochistan TV) — so a 52°E dish is not dead, but the five services above are gone from it. Do not confuse this batch with the Persiana launches on a different 52°E transponder (11344 H) covered below.

🌐 World Highlights: Morocco, Persiana, and the First October 27 Rows

Morocco's SNRT bouquet — 13 free channels on one Es'hail transponder

SatBeams' now-published 26-October bulletin lists a full Moroccan public-broadcaster bouquet as NEW on Es'hail 1 (25°E) — 11180 V, SR 27500, FEC 3/4, DVB-S2, all FTA: Al Aoula (SD and HD), Al Aoula's sister services Arryadia (SD and HD), 2M TV (HD), Aflam TV (HD), Athaqafia, Tamazight, Medi 1 TV Maghreb, Assadissa (SD and HD), Laayoune TV and Al Maghribia, plus an Arryadia LyngSat Stream entry. For North Africa and Middle East viewers this is the strongest free-to-air addition in this digest — one transponder scan restores the whole national bouquet.

Persiana expands in HD on 52°E

Six Persiana services launched FTA in HD on TurkmenAlem (52°E) — 11344 H, SR 27500, FEC 2/3, DVB-S: Persiana China, Persiana Comedy, Persiana Rap, Persiana Voyage, Persiana Podcast and Persiana Medical (SIDs 22–27). This follows Persiana Global's October 24 launch on Eutelsat 7C — the group is clearly consolidating its Farsi HD footprint on 52°E.

First October 27 rows (SatBeams, published 02:09Z)

SatBeams' 27-October bulletin already carries 8 rows: JW Broadcasting updated on Eutelsat 36D (36°E) 11746 H (FTA, SID 3); Alfa Cinema 1 and Alfa Cinema 2 deleted from Eutelsat 8 West B (8°W) 11137 H (Verimatrix, SIDs 2703/2704); and Yes Sport 1 HD, 2 HD, 3 HD, 4 HD and 6 HD updated on Dror 1 (4°W) 11258 V (Videoguard). Expect this bulletin to grow during the day — tomorrow's global slot will carry the full set.

Elsewhere in the 26-October bulletin: Azio TV and Tien Liang TV left ST 2 (88°E); BabyFirst TV and Fight Network left SES 21 (131°W); Hala Cinema, Al Salam TV, Alwasi TV, Rose TV, Shams Al-Iraq and Yala Mosar3a left Eutelsat 8 West B 12604 V; Shehab TV replaced Algharbianow TV on the same SID 710 on 12688 V; Al Salam TV (confirming KingOfSat's October 24 entry, not a second channel) and Almasar TV arrived on Eutelsat 7 West A 10873 V; and NBC 1, NBC 2 and NBC 3 arrived on Intelsat 10-02 at 1°W.

🔧 SID Changes: Why Your Receiver Shows a Blank Channel

A satellite channel is found by your receiver using three things together: the transponder (frequency, polarization, symbol rate) and the SID (service ID) inside it. When a broadcaster changes only the SID — as Al Jazeera just did on three transponders — your dish still receives a perfect signal, but your receiver's stored channel entry points at an ID that no longer exists. The result looks exactly like a dead channel: black screen, "no signal" or "scrambled" message, even though the signal meter is full.

Fix it in under two minutes

1) Do not move the dish or change the LNB — the signal has not moved. 2) Run a single-transponder scan (blind scan is unnecessary) on the exact frequency from the table above, e.g. 11045 H on Es'hail or 10971 V / 12521 H on 8°W. 3) Delete the old dead entry if your receiver keeps both — duplicate names with one dead copy are the classic symptom of a SID change. 4) If the channel still fails, check that you scanned the right polarization and symbol rate; a SID change never changes those, so a wrong SR points to a different problem.

How to tell a SID change from a real closure

A closure removes the service from the transponder entirely — a rescan finds nothing with that name. A SID change keeps the service on the same transponder under a new ID — a rescan finds the same name, working again. BBC One West HD and the five 52°E services above are closures (rescan finds nothing); Al Jazeera's twelve are SID changes (rescan restores them). That single test settles almost every "my channel disappeared" question.

🔒 Authorized Access Information

This blog publishes technical reception parameters only (satellite, frequency, polarization, symbol rate, FEC, SID, PIDs). We never publish BISS, PowerVu, Tandberg or any other decryption keys. Keys are published here only if a broadcaster or operator officially releases them for authorized use — no officially issued keys appeared in any source in this window (0). Watch only channels you are legally entitled to receive in your country. Encrypted services listed here (VideoGuard, Verimatrix, Videoguard) require a legitimate subscription.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Did Al Jazeera really leave the satellite?

No. Al Jazeera's services changed their SIDs on three transponders (new SIDs 10102–10105, 402–405 and 502–505). The channels are still Clear and still on the same frequencies. Rescan the single transponder and they return.

Is Sky Cinema Halloween HD free to watch?

No — it is VideoGuard-encrypted on Sky Deutschland and needs a legitimate subscription. It replaces Sky Cinema Premieren HD in the same slot (SID 131), so subscribers should see the seasonal name change automatically.

Which new channels in this update are actually free?

Ary One World (Clear, 11082 H, 28.2°E), all twelve Al Jazeera SID entries (Clear), the 13-channel Moroccan SNRT bouquet (FTA, 11180 V, 25°E) and the six Persiana HD services (FTA, 11344 H, 52°E). The Halloween swap is encrypted; the 52°E and 42°E departures are closures, not new free channels.

Why did yesterday's article say there were no new entries?

Because at yesterday's 11:00 check KingOfSat had published no Monday section, its feed headers were unchanged, and SatBeams' 26-October bulletin returned 404. All three have since updated — the records above are dated October 26 in their sources, but they only became visible after yesterday's slot. That is source lag, not a missed check.

Were any BISS keys published today?

No. Zero officially issued keys appeared in any of the sources checked. We never invent or leak keys — when a broadcaster officially releases one, it appears in the morning BISS slot the same day.

When is the next global channels update?

Tomorrow at 11:00 AM PKT, plus nine more daily slots on 1BissKey covering BISS keys, frequencies, sports, PowerVu, Tandberg, receivers, firmware, guides and AI news.

Conclusion

October 27, 2026 turns yesterday's frozen feeds into a full world digest: 23 verified KingOfSat records led by the Sky Halloween swap and the 12-channel Al Jazeera SID reshuffle, five 52°E departures, a free 13-channel Moroccan bouquet, six Persiana HD launches, and the first October 27 rows already pointing at more movement on 8°W. If one Al Jazeera channel went blank on your receiver, rescan its single transponder before touching the dish. Back tomorrow at 11:00 AM PKT with the next global scan.
