BISS Key Daily Update October 25, 2026: 25 Verified Records
Zero official BISS keys were issued in the last 24 hours. Today's verified signal: Persiana Global launched on 7°E, ten new free channels appeared on Rascom 1R at 3°E, a five-channel Kurdish/Farsi mux lit up on 52°E, and Zee Zest moved to a Conax carriage on Intelsat 20.
Quick answer: No BISS keys were officially released in the window (2026-10-24 08:00 → 2026-10-25 08:00 PKT). What did move: Persiana Global started in clear on Eutelsat 7C and Persiana Travel left the same transponder, Al Salam and AL24 News International appeared on Eutelsat 7 West A, five Kurdish and Farsi services began clear transmission on TurkmenÄlem/MonacoSat at 52°E, Zee Zest and Zee Zest HD showed up in Conax on Intelsat 20 at 68.5°E, ten new free-to-air channels launched on Rascom 1R at 3°E, Astra 1N at 19.2°E gained one unnamed service and lost EWTN katholisches TV, and TBN Russia left Hot Bird 13G.
Today's BISS verdict: zero keys, no BISS rows at all
No BISS-key feed announcements appeared in any verified source in the last 24 hours — not on KingOfSat's news page and not in the SatBeams 24-October bulletin. As ever, do not confuse an "encrypted entry" with a "key release": today's SatBeams bulletin carries no BISS-encrypted rows at all, and the only newly encrypted listings in the window are the two Zee Zest services in Conax on Intelsat 20, which need a valid subscription card, not a key. Everything else below is free-to-air or testing in the clear.
If you are waiting on a specific feed key, the honest position is unchanged from yesterday: no broadcaster or feed operator published one in this window, and this blog will not publish guessed, recycled or "leaked" keys. The tables below are the complete, checkable record of what actually changed.
Eutelsat 7°W and 7°E: Persiana swap plus two 7°W arrivals
The busiest single transponder of the day is 11285.30 V on Eutelsat 7C (7°E): Persiana Global (France) started in DVB-S2 Clear on SID 12, and Persiana Travel left the same frequency — a straight one-for-one replacement on identical PIDs (1121 / 1122 aac, Farsi). On Eutelsat 7 West A (7°W), Al Salam (Iraq) is broadcasting in DVB-S Clear on 10872.50 V (SID 8008, Arabic), and AL24 News International is testing in DVB-S Clear on 11487.77 H (SID 1505, Arabic).
| Status | Channel | Satellite / Freq | SID / PIDs | Encryption |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NEW | Persiana Global (France) | Eutelsat 7C, 7°E · 11285.30 V · DVB-S2, SR 30000, FEC 2/3 | SID 12 · 1121 / 1122 aac (Farsi) | Clear |
| LEFT | Persiana Travel (replaced by Persiana Global) | Eutelsat 7C, 7°E · 11285.30 V | SID 12 · 1121 / 1122 aac (Farsi) | Clear |
| NEW | Al Salam (Iraq) | Eutelsat 7 West A, 7°W · 10872.50 V · DVB-S, SR 27500, FEC 7/8 | SID 8008 · 1608 / 2608 (Arabic) | Clear |
| TEST | AL24 News International | Eutelsat 7 West A, 7°W · 11487.77 H · DVB-S, SR 27500, FEC 7/8 | SID 1505 · 5051 / 5052 (Arabic) | Clear |
52°E and 53°E: a five-channel Kurdish/Farsi mux lights up
TurkmenÄlem / MonacoSat at 52°E added a full clear mux on 11381.90 V (DVB-S, SR 27500, FEC 3/4): Kurd Channel, Komala TV, 4Kurd and Balochistan TV all began broadcasting in the clear, and Mozhda TV is testing on 10887.10 V. Note for readers who saw Balochistan TV in our 13 October coverage: that was a different transponder (11420.60 V); today's listing is a separate clear carriage on 11381.90 V, not a duplicate record. Neighbouring Express AM6 at 53°E added Iran E Aryee in clear on 12594.40 V.
| Status | Channel | Satellite / Freq | SID / PIDs | Language |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NEW | Kurd Channel | TurkmenÄlem, 52°E · 11381.90 V | SID 8 · 801 / 802 aac | Kurdish |
| NEW | Komala TV (Sweden) | TurkmenÄlem, 52°E · 11381.90 V | SID 9 · 901 / 902 aac | Farsi |

| NEW | Iran E Aryee | Express AM6, 53°E · 12594.40 V · DVB-S, SR 27500, FEC 2/3 | SID 14 · 2014 / 3014 | Farsi |
Intelsat 20 at 68.5°E: Zee Zest goes Conax
Both Zee Zest services are now listed in DVB-S2 Conax on 4004.30 H (SR 22500, FEC 3/4): Zee Zest HD (SID 30032, PIDs 4712 / 4713 English, 4714 Hindi) and Zee Zest (SID 30069, PIDs 5112 / 5113 English, 5114 Hindi). This is a subscription carriage, not a free channel and not a BISS feed — a standard FTA receiver will show it as scrambled. On Hot Bird 13G, TBN Russia left 11137.30 H (SID 7311).
Rascom 1R at 3°E: ten new free channels in one bulletin
The SatBeams 24-October bulletin records the largest single FTA drop of the day: ten new free channels on Rascom 1R's 11430 H transponder (SR 18326, FEC 2/3, DVB-S2 8PSK, Vicus Luxlink beam). Seven are standard definition and three are HD. All are listed as FTA, so any DVB-S2 receiver pointed at 3°E should find them on a blind scan.
| Channel | Resolution | SID | VPID / Audio | Encryption |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Digital B TV | HD, MPEG-4 | 62 | 64 / 65 French | FTA |
| France 24 Français | SD, MPEG-4 | 42 | 43 / 95 French | FTA |
| Info TV (Cameroon) | SD, MPEG-4 | 53 | 55 / 84 French | FTA |
| Néotempra TV | SD, MPEG-4 | 70 | 74 / 75 French | FTA |
| Times TV | HD, MPEG-4 | 60 | 69 / 61 French | FTA |
| A1 TV (Cameroon) | SD, MPEG-4 | 73 | 71 / 72 French | FTA |
| Afrique Média | SD, MPEG-4 | 48 | 50 / 51 French | FTA |
| Bnews 1 | SD, MPEG-4 | 107 | 108 / 109 French | FTA |
| CIMIDI TV | SD, MPEG-4 | 41 | 47 / 59 French | FTA |
| Dash TV | HD, MPEG-4 | 56 | 57 / 58 French | FTA |
Astra 19.2°E: one unnamed arrival, one departure
The same SatBeams bulletin shows a new unnamed service on Astra 1N 12148 H (DVB-S, SR 27500, FEC 3/4, BetaDigital; SID 61, PIDs 1791 / 1792 German, SD MPEG-2). The bulletin publishes it literally as "." — reported here exactly as published, since inventing a name would be fabrication. The same bulletin also records EWTN katholisches TV leaving Astra 1N 12460 H (SID 62, PIDs 1023 / 1025 English, 1024 German).
Tuning tips for today's changes
- For the 52°E mux: add or rescan 11381.90 V (DVB-S, SR 27500, FEC 3/4) to pick up Kurd Channel, Komala TV, 4Kurd and Balochistan TV in one pass.
- For Persiana Global: rescan 11285.30 V on Eutelsat 7C — Persiana Travel's old entry should be deleted or it will sit dead in your list.
- For Rascom 1R: blind-scan 11430 H (DVB-S2 8PSK, SR 18326, FEC 2/3) on 3°E; all ten new services are FTA.
- For Zee Zest: do not waste a rescan hoping for a free picture — the new Intelsat 20 carriage is Conax-encrypted.
- General rule: after any channel swap, delete the dead entry before rescanning, or your receiver may keep the stale name on the new SID.
Frequently asked questions
Were any new BISS keys released today?
No. Neither KingOfSat's news page nor the SatBeams 24-October bulletin contains a BISS-key release or a BISS-encrypted row in this window. Any site claiming a fresh key today is not backed by these sources.
What is Persiana Global, and what happened to Persiana Travel?
Persiana Global (France) started in clear on Eutelsat 7C, 11285.30 V, SID 12 — the exact slot Persiana Travel vacated. It is a one-for-one replacement, so rescan that transponder and remove the old Persiana Travel entry.
Which of today's new channels can I watch for free?
All ten Rascom 1R channels, the four 52°E mux channels, Al Salam, Persiana Global and Iran E Aryee are listed as clear (FTA). AL24 News International and Mozhda TV are testing in the clear, which usually means free for now but not guaranteed long-term.
Why is Balochistan TV listed again after 13 October?
The 13 October listing was on 11420.60 V; today's listing is a separate clear carriage on 11381.90 V (SID 11). They are different transponders, so both records stand.
Can I watch Zee Zest without a subscription?
No. The new Intelsat 20 carriage is Conax-encrypted. A free-to-air receiver will show it as scrambled, and no key for it exists in any verified source.
What does the unnamed Astra 19.2°E service mean?
SatBeams publishes the new Astra 1N 12148 H service with its name shown as ".". We report it exactly as published rather than guessing a name; its parameters (SID 61, German audio) are in the table above.
How often does 1BissKey publish these updates?
Every morning at 8:00 AM PKT, covering the previous 24 hours of verified satellite changes. No keys are ever invented or recycled here.
