BISS Key Daily Update November 5, 2026: 371 Verified Records
No new BISS keys were officially issued on November 4, 2026 — but the satellites were busy. We verified 371 records across the SatBeams 4-November bulletin and KingOfSat's 4-November news: a Persian-channel shuffle on 52°E, a big beIN Sports channel move on 7°W, Sky Sports F1 in free-to-air UHD on 28.2°E, and five BISS-encrypted listings to watch (keys not published — encryption status only).
Welcome to the 1BissKey daily update for Thursday, November 5, 2026. Every record below was checked against SatBeams transponder news dated 4 November 2026 and KingOfSat's news page for 4 November 2026. Where a source lists a channel as BISS-encrypted, we report that status only — we never publish, guess, or invent BISS keys. No official key release was found in this window.
BISS Watch: 5 Encrypted Listings, 0 Keys Released
Five rows in the 4-November bulletin carry BISS encryption. None of them comes with a published key, and none should be treated as watchable without a legitimate subscription or feed authorisation. What changed is the listing status:
| Channel | Satellite / TP | SID | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| DKISS (HD) | Hispasat 30W-6, 12630 V, SR 30000, FEC 3/4 | 41001 | Old entry deleted |
| DKISS (HD) | Hispasat 30W-6, 12630 V, SR 30000, FEC 3/4 | 41001 | Updated entry listed |
| Realmadrid TV HD | Hispasat 30W-6, 12670 V, SR 30000, FEC 3/4 | — | Updated |
| TEST_CB (HD) | Eutelsat 7 West A, 11277 V, SR 27500, FEC 5/6 | 25 | New BISS listing |
| Test card (SD) | Eutelsat 7 West A, 11680 H, SR 27500, FEC 2/3 | 1 | Updated |
Note: the DKISS pair (one deleted row, one updated row) is a single channel re-listed, not two channels. TEST_CB is a test service name, not a consumer channel — do not rescan your whole list hunting for it.
Headline 1: Persian Channels Shuffle on TurkmenAlem 52°E
TurkmenAlem (52°E), transponder 11420 H, SR 27500, FEC 2/3, gained five free-to-air channels and lost one:
| Channel | Change | Format | SID |
|---|---|---|---|
| MBC Persia | New | SD, MPEG-2, Persian | 22 |
| Kalemeh TV | New | SD, MPEG-4, Persian | 26 |
| Dej TV | New (return — it left 11382 V on 2 Nov) | HD, MPEG-4, Persian | 23 |
| Setareh TV | New (return — it left 11382 V on 2 Nov) | SD, MPEG-2, Persian | 25 |
| Tibeb Ybrah | New | SD, MPEG-2, Persian | 27 |
| DW International | Left | SD, MPEG-2 | 15 |
If you lost Dej TV or Setareh TV in the 2-November reshuffle, rescan 11420 H — both are back on this transponder.
Headline 2: beIN Sports Reshuffle on 7°W — Two New FTA Channels
On Eutelsat 7 West A, 12245 V, SR 27500, FEC 2/3 (beIN package), BeIn Sports 3 left and seven services appeared. Five are encrypted (Irdeto/Videoguard); two are free-to-air and worth a rescan:
| Channel | Status | SID |
|---|---|---|
| beIN SPORTS NEWS (HD) | FTA — new | 2320 |
| beIN SPORTS MAX 6 (HD) | FTA — new | 2324 |
| beIN SPORTS 5 / 7 / 9 (HD) | Encrypted — new | 2322 / 2323 / 2319 |
| beIN SPORTS XTRA 2 / XTRA 4 (HD) | Encrypted — new | 2321 / 2325 |
| BeIn Sports 3 (HD) | Left | 2315 |
Headline 3: Sky Sports F1 Goes FTA in UHD on Astra 2F 28.2°E
Astra 2F, 12324 V, SR 27500, FEC 2/3 (Sky UK): Sky Sports F1 (UK) appeared as a free-to-air UHD (HEVC) service, SID 9802, while Eurosport 8 and Sky Intro left the same transponder and Sky UHD 1 launched encrypted. UK-spot-beam reception rules still apply — this is a UK-beam transponder, so reception outside the footprint remains limited by dish size and location.
More Verified Changes Worth a Rescan
- Telesur English (FTA) is new on Astra 1P, 19.2°E, 11067.5 V, SR 22000, FEC 5/6, SID 31307 — and Daystar HD moved to the same frequency (SID 31310). Source: KingOfSat, 4 Nov.
- Quest Red has a new frequency on Astra 2E, 28.2°E: 12382.4 H, SR 29500, FEC 2/3, SID 2914, Clear. Source: KingOfSat, 4 Nov.
- ONM (Ethiopia) is FTA on Express AM6, 53°E, 12594.4 V, SR 27500, FEC 2/3, SID 16, Amharic. Source: KingOfSat, 4 Nov.
- TV Asia left Telstar 12 Vantage, 15°W, 12666.5 H — no longer transmitted by satellite in Europe. Source: KingOfSat, 4 Nov.
- RTP Mundo Ásia replaced RTP Internacional Ásia on AsiaSat 5, 101°E, 3860 V, SR 30000, FEC 2/3, SID 76, FTA — while the IMG feed on the same transponder was deleted.
- RTR-Planeta Europa and Belarus-24 HD are new FTA on Express AM8, 14°W (11481 H and 11580 V respectively).
- The MV Mall shopping bouquet left Thaicom 8 (12343 V): Boomerang Thailand plus MV Mall DD, DD 2, Family, Healthy, Home, Plus and Trend, Thaiban TV 83 and Truth TV 75 all departed.
- Qatar's radio bouquet expanded on 7°W (10834 V): new Qatar Radio, Qatar R Quran, Qatar R Quran 2, Qatar Urdu, Qatar Oryx Radio, Qatar QBS Radio and Sout Alkhaleej 2/3/4/Europe — handy for listeners, and Qatar Urdu is notable for Pakistani audiences.
- Dijlah TV moved on 7°W: it left 10892 H and reappeared on 11315 V (HD, SID 15). If it vanished from your list, rescan 11315 V rather than deleting it.
- Sky Cinema shuffle (KingOfSat, 4 Nov): Sky Cinema Premieren HD returned on Astra 1N 11915.2 H while Sky Cinema Halloween HD left the same frequency — the usual seasonal rotation.

Today's Verified Record Count
We reviewed 371 verified records: 362 rows from the SatBeams 4-November transponder bulletin (covering 28°E, 36°E, 52°E, 76°E, 79°E, 101°E, 140°E, 30°W, 15°W, 14°W, 8°W, 7°W, 5°W and 1°W) plus 9 records from KingOfSat's 4-November news section. Of those, 5 rows are BISS-encrypted listings and 0 official BISS keys were released. LyngSat published no dated bulletin for this window. Records already covered in the November 4 slot (KingOfSat 3-November departures, SatBeams 3-November bulletin) were not re-counted.
Tuning Tips
- For a single moved channel (Dijlah TV, Quest Red, Daystar HD), add the new transponder manually instead of a full blind scan — it is faster and avoids duplicate entries.
- After any rescan, delete dead entries (TV Asia, MV Mall bouquet, BeIn Sports 3) so your channel list stays clean.
- UHD FTA services such as Sky Sports F1 need a DVB-S2 HEVC-capable receiver; an older MPEG-4-only box will show signal but no picture.
- Always verify a frequency on KingOfSat or LyngSat before realigning a dish — a channel move is not a signal problem.

Frequently Asked Questions
Were any new BISS keys released on November 4, 2026?
No. No official BISS key release was found in the SatBeams 4-November bulletin or KingOfSat's 4-November news. Any site claiming fresh keys for these services is unverified — do not trust it.
What does a "BISS" listing mean if no key is given?
It means the transponder database marks that service as BISS-encrypted. We report the encryption status, satellite, frequency and SID so feed hunters can track the service — we do not publish keys.
Why did Dej TV and Setareh TV disappear and come back?
Both left TurkmenAlem 11382 V on 2 November and reappeared on 11420 H on 4 November. Channel moves between transponders on the same satellite are routine; rescan the new frequency.
Is Sky Sports F1 really free-to-air in UHD?
The SatBeams 4-November bulletin lists Sky Sports F1 (UK) as FTA, UHD, HEVC on Astra 2F 12324 V. It sits on a UK spot beam, so reception outside the UK footprint depends on your dish size and location.
Which beIN Sports channels are actually free?
On 12245 V (7°W), beIN SPORTS NEWS and beIN SPORTS MAX 6 are listed FTA. The numbered beIN SPORTS 5/7/9 and XTRA 2/4 services on the same transponder are encrypted.
My receiver lost Dijlah TV — is it gone?
No. Dijlah TV left 10892 H and relaunched on 11315 V (HD, SID 15) on 7°W. Add 11315 V manually or rescan that transponder.
Why do you cite KingOfSat and LyngSat instead of FlySat?
FlySat shut down around June 2026, so it no longer updates. KingOfSat and LyngSat are the maintained databases we verify against.
