⚡ Quick Answer

Thursday October 15 is not a quiet day for satellite changes — but it is a quiet day for BISS keys. No broadcaster officially issued new BISS keys in the October 13–15 window, and this report states that up front. What the sources did record is 73 genuinely new, fully-sourced records: four new free-to-air channels (52°E, 26°E × 2, 8°W), a full-parameter frequency entry for CNN International Europe on 19.2°E, 36 channel departures — including an entire 16-channel Uzbek package leaving 57°E and a 17-channel Arabic mux clearing off 8°W — and 32 new encrypted additions on 80°E and 103°W (Irdeto, PowerVu and Digicipher pro feeds). Everything below is honestly tiered by how firmly it is verified.

📡 Four New FTA Channels: 52°E, 26°E and 8°W

The day's headline records are four free-to-air launches, all fully verified with transponder parameters. The strongest story for South Asian readers is on 52°E:

TURKMENALEM / MONACOSAT · 52°E

Balochistan TV — New FTA (Pakistan)

Logged by KingOfSat dated 13 October 2026: 11420.60 V, DVB-S/QPSK, SR 27500, FEC 3/4, SID 22. A new Pakistani free-to-air channel on the 52°E arc — a position whose beams reach Pakistan directly, so a standard Ku setup pointed at 52°E should find it with a manual transponder scan.

ES'HAIL 2 · 26°E

Alikhbariya.sy & Alsouriya TV — Two New FTA Channels

KingOfSat dated 13 October 2026 logs two Syrian channels on the same transponder — 11430.30 H, DVB-S2, SR 27500, FEC 2/3: Alikhbariya.sy (SID 20901, Arabic) and Alsouriya TV (SID 20902, English). Es'hail 2 at 26°E is a MENA-arc position; note the transponder is DVB-S2 and needs an HD-capable receiver.

EUTELSAT 8 WEST B · 8°W

Ethio Segenet Media — New FTA

SatBeams transponder news dated 14 October 2026 logs a new free-to-air SD channel on 11637 V, DVB-S2, SR 27500, FEC 5/6, SID 24 — the fourth new 8°W arrival this week, following the three Arabic channels from our October 14 BISS update.

Channel	Satellite	Transponder	SID	Status	Verified
Balochistan TV	52°E	11420.60 V · 27500 · 3/4 · DVB-S	22	NEW · FTA	Oct 13
Alikhbariya.sy (Arabic)	26°E	11430.30 H · 27500 · 2/3 · DVB-S2	20901	NEW · FTA	Oct 13
Alsouriya TV (English)	26°E	11430.30 H · 27500 · 2/3 · DVB-S2	20902	NEW · FTA	Oct 13
Ethio Segenet Media	8°W	11637 V · 27500 · 5/6 · DVB-S2	24	NEW · FTA	Oct 14

🔄 Frequency Watch: CNN International Europe on 19.2°E

KingOfSat logged a full-parameter entry dated 13 October 2026 for CNN International Europe on Astra 1P (19.2°E): 12343.80 H, DVB-S2, SR 27500, FEC 9/10, SID 2060, FTA. This almost certainly resolves the 12344 H rounding of the same event flagged on October 12 — so it is treated here as a full-parameter confirmation of that move, not a second separate launch. Either way, European viewers should have 12343.80 H on 19.2°E in their transponder lists.

🚪 36 Channel Departures: Uzbek Package, Arabic Mux & More

SatBeams' 13-October transponder news records the heaviest departure day in weeks:

NSS 12 · 57°E — OZBEKISTON PACKAGE DELETED

Entire 16-Channel Uzbek Package Removed (11610 H)

The whole bouquet on 11610 H, SR 20200, FEC 3/4 was deleted: Bolajon, Dunyo Boylab, Kinoteatr, Madaniyat va Marifat, Mahalla, Navo, O`zbekiston 24, Sport Uz, Uzbekiston, Yoshlar (all FTA) plus FTV Ozbekiston, Futbol TV, Lux.TV, MY5, Sevimli TV, Zor TV (Verimatrix-encrypted). This is a package-level deletion — if your receiver still lists these channels, they are dead entries; delete the transponder and rescan.

EUTELSAT 8 WEST B · 8°W — GULFSAT MUX CLEARED

17 Arabic Channels Deleted from 11179 H

The Gulfsat transponder 11179 H was cleared: Aden TV 22, Al-Eman, El Jumhuria TV, Sheba TV, Yemen Documentary, Alafasy TV, Apple Aflam, Apple Zaman, Car TV, Channel 8 (Iraq), Imam Ali TV, Marah TV, Sa3a Cinema, Sa3a Drama, Sa3a Hekayat, Sa3a Mosalsalat, Salam TV (Libya). Note the intriguing detail: El Jumhuria TV was deleted from 11179 H on Oct 13 while EI Jumhuria TV appeared as new on 11178.70 H in our October 14 update — the near-identical name and adjacent transponders strongly suggest a transponder move within 8°W, not a real departure. The other 16 are genuine losses for now.

Event	Satellite	Transponder	Channels	Verified
Ozbekiston package deleted	57°E	11610 H · 20200 · 3/4	16	Oct 13
Gulfsat mux cleared	8°W	11179 H	17	Oct 13
Melody Cinema + Drama Pro deleted	8°W	10971 H (MyTV)	2	Oct 13
4! Story TV (SkyLink) left	23.5°E	12110 H (Astra 3C)	1	Oct 13
